OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS CURRENTLY RESIDING in ID, MT, OR or WA, WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Beginning 1/1/10 through 2/27/10, complete this Official Entry Form OR on a 3" x 5" card, hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number with area code, date of birth and signature and mail it in an envelope to: W.J. Deutsch & Sons, LTD. “Ste. Chapelle Valentine’s Day” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7430, Wilton, CT 06897-7430. Enter by mail as often as you wish, but each entry must be completed and mailed separately. Entries must be postmarked by 2/27/10 and received by 3/5/10. No mass or mechanically reproduced entries will be allowed. W.J. Deutsch & Sons, Ltd. (“Sponsor”) not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, torn, altered, illegible or postage-due entries or entries with incomplete information. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these full Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
2. PRIZE/ODDS: GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner (“winner”) will receive a “Ste. Chapelle Valentine’s Day” Package (“Package”) for winner and one (1) guest to Coeur d’Alene, ID (“the location”). Guest of winner must be 21 years of age or older. Package includes: (i) round-trip coach airfare for winner and guest from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to the location (if winner resides within 200 miles of the location, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air and no cash difference will be awarded); (ii) ground transportation to and from airport to hotel; (iii) two (2) night accommodations at a spa resort (standard room, double-occupancy; spa resort to be selected by Sponsor); (iv) one (1) day spa package for winner and guest (winner may select package from options provided by the Sponsor) and (v) a $200 spa resort hospitality gift card. The gift card is subject to resort restrictions; and state and federal regulations. Package must be redeemed by 12/31/10 or it will be forfeited. (Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,700.00 USD). ARV may vary depending upon city of departure. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual retail value will not be awarded. Further, any expenses not expressly stated herein, including, but not limited to, spa service upgrades, meals, taxes and gratuities, are the sole responsibility of the winner. While no part of this Grand Prize Package includes alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages may otherwise be available. Winner and guest are solely responsible for their own conduct while accepting the Grand Prize Package including, without limitation to, the consumption of alcoholic beverages, if any, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. No transfer or assignment of the Grand Prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to the Grand Prize, or any part thereof. No substitutions permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor will report the value of the Grand Prize as required by law. All taxes are sole responsibility of winner. Actual odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. Sponsor is not responsible for any weather conditions, travel cancellations, delays and postponements or blackout dates. If any activity or service is delayed, cancelled or postponed for any reason, that portion of the Grand Prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution or cash difference will be provided except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary.
3. DRAWING: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about 3/11/10 change accordingly from all valid entries received. Potential winner will be contacted by phone on or about 3/11/10 at the phone number listed on his/her Official Entry Form. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Fulfillment agent must reach potential winner; messages will not be left. Please allow a minimum of thirty (30) days upon winner verification for arrangement/coordination of the Grand Prize.
4. ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. You must be 21 years of age or older to enter. Sweepstakes open only to legal U.S. residents currently residing in ID, MT, OR or WA, who are 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and its agencies, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, alcoholic beverage suppliers or members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The winner is required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity Release and a Travel Release. Guest of winner must be 21 years of age or older and must sign a Travel Release/Publicity Release. Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity Releases and Travel Releases must be returned within seven (7) days of notification or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.
5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PUBLICITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, the winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph or likeness for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law. All entrants release Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the Grand Prize, including liability for personal injury, damages, death or monetary loss.
