1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS of ID or OR, 21 OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Beginning 5/1/10 through 8/31/10 (“Promotion Period”), complete this Official Entry Form OR on a 3" x 5" card, hand print your full name, address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number with area code, birth date and signature and mail in an envelope to: W.J. Deutsch & Sons, Ltd. “Ste. Chapelle Summer Concert Series” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7430, Wilton, CT 06897-7430. Enter as often as you wish, but each entry must be mailed separately. No mass or mechanically reproduced entries allowed. W.J. Deutsch & Sons, Ltd. (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, torn, altered, illegible, postage-due or incomplete entries. Four (4) Monthly Drawings will be held as set forth in Paragraph 3 below. Entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and must be received by the dates set forth in Paragraph 3 to be eligible for any Monthly Drawing. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these full Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
2. PRIZES: GRAND PRIZES (8): Eight (8) Grand Prize winners will each receive a 2-day/1-night “Ste. Chapelle Summer Concert Series” Package (“Package”). Package includes: two (2) tickets to a concert of winner’s choice from the 2010 or 2011 Summer Concert Series at the Ste. Chapelle Winery in Caldwell, ID; round-trip ground transportation for two (2) to/from hotel and Ste. Chapelle Winery for concert and tour; one (1) night accommodations (standard room, double occupancy; hotel selected by Sponsor) for two (2); a VIP winery tour for two (2); VIP concert seating for two (2); one (1) cooler and blanket; and one (1) $100.00 American Express® Gift Card that may be used toward travel and other expenses. No additional transportation provided; winner and guest are solely responsible for transportation to/from Package destination. Gift Card subject to Federal, State and local laws and terms and conditions. Package must be taken by 9/30/11 or forfeited at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $483.00 each; Total ARV of all Grand Prizes: $3,864.00. Any difference between stated ARV and actual retail price will not be awarded. All expenses not expressly stated herein, including, but not limited to, meals, additional transportation, parking, taxes and gratuities, are the sole responsibility of winner. Blackout dates apply. Sponsor not responsible for weather conditions, travel or activity cancellations, delays or postponements. If any portion of Package is unavailable, delayed, cancelled or postponed for any reason, that portion of Package is forfeited and no substitution will be provided except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Guest of each winner must be 21 or older. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. While no part of prize includes alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages may otherwise be available. Grand Prize winner and guest are solely responsible for their own conduct while accepting Package including, without limitation to, the consumption of alcoholic beverages, if any. Sponsor is not responsible for any winner or guest’s inability to participate in prize or any part thereof, due to physical or other restrictions,. No substitution, transfer or assignment of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or part thereof with another prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to prize or any part thereof. All prizes will be awarded if the number of eligible entries is equal to or greater than the number of prizes available. Sponsor will report value of each prize as required by law. Taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Limit: One (1) prize per person/household.
3. MONTHLY DRAWINGS/ODDS: Two (2) potential winners will be selected in each Monthly Drawing from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Monthly Drawing. There will be four (4) Monthly Drawings during the Promotion Period as follows: Drawing 1 will be held on 6/10/10 from entries received by 6/8/10; Drawing 2 will be held on 7/8/10 from entries received by 7/7/10; Drawing 3 will be held on 8/9/10 from entries received by 8/6/10; and Drawing 4 will be held on 9/9/10 from entries received by 9/7/10. Non-winning eligible entries will be carried over into subsequent Monthly Drawings as applicable. All entries must be postmarked by 8/31/10 and received by 9/7/10 to be eligible. Potential winners will be contacted by phone at the number listed on entry. If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected from the appropriate Monthly Drawing pool. Fulfillment agent must reach potential winner; messages will not be left. Please allow 4–6 weeks upon verification for travel arrangements. ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Monthly Drawing.
4. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS of ID or OR, 21 OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees of Sponsor and its agencies, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, alcoholic beverage suppliers or members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Each winner is required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity Release and a Travel Release, where permitted. Guest of each winner must sign a Travel Release/Publicity Release. Required Documents must be returned within seven (7) days of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected, if feasible.
5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PUBLICITY: By entering Sweepstakes, each winner consents to the use of their name, photograph or likeness for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law. All entrants release Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of prize, including, but not limited to, liability for personal injury, damages, death, monetary loss and claims based upon publicity rights, false light, false endorsement, defamation or invasion of privacy.
