Official Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning. You may enter the STE. CHAPELLE SWEEPSTAKES by regular U.S. mail. To enter by regular mail: Hand print your name, address, city, state and zip code, area code and day and evening phone numbers, and date of birth on a pre-printed official entry form or a 3” X 5” card and mail in a standard, #10 business sized envelope, postage prepaid, to: STE. CHAPELLE SWEEPSTAKES, MPS, P.O. BOX 409 , CINNAMINSON, N.J. 08077. Entries must be received by 8/21/11. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF IDAHO, OREGON AND WASHINGTON ONLY, WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE. Void where prohibited. Ascentia Wine Estates (“Sponsor”) assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postage-due mail or entries, all of which shall be void. Ascentia Wine Estates reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual (and his or her Sweepstakes entry) if such individual tampers with the entry process, or in any way attempts to undermine the integrity and/or proper play of the Sweepstakes.
2. Limit one entry per person or household. If more than one entry is received per person or household all such entries submitted will be disqualified. Any entry submitted using an automatic entry device or program will be disqualified. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt by Sponsor. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Judges, and agree to waive all rights and remedies at law or in equity for any claim they may have relating to this promotion. All entries become the property of Ascentia Wine Estates and will not be returned.
3. One winner will be selected in each of four separate random drawings, from among all eligible entries received by the drawing date(s). The drawings will be conducted on or about 5/20/11, 6/20/11, 7/20/11, and 8/22/11 by Milano Promotional Services Inc. (“Judges”), whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED FOR EACH DRAWING. Winner(s) will be notified by phone, mail or e-mail on or about 5/23/11, 6/22/11, 7/22/11 and 8/24/11. Prize winner may be announced by news release. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules.
4. Prizes (4): Each prize package consists of 2 tickets (with select seating) to a 2011 or 2012 Ste. Chapelle Concert Series concert of winner’s choice (winner must select from a list of concerts provided by Sponsor), 1 night hotel accommodation in Boise, ID (standard accommodations, double occupancy), ground transportation to and from the Boise hotel/Winery, $100 AMEX gift card to travel to and from Boise, ID, tour of the Ste. Chapelle Winery, and lunch with the winemaker. Approximate retail value: $1,000 each. Winner is responsible for all taxes on the value of the prize, as well as meals, gratuities, transportation not specified, and all other incidental costs and expenses not specifically listed in these rules as being part of the prize package. All arrangements for prize redemption must be made with Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent at least 7 days in advance, and the entire prize package must be redeemed by the end of the 2012 Ste. Chapelle Concert Series.
5. Winner must provide positive identification specified by Ascentia Wine Estates to claim the prize. Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release without additional compensation (where permitted by law) within 5 calendar days of notification by return prepaid overnight delivery or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize and/or participation in prize constitutes winner’s agreement to hold harmless Ascentia Wine Estates, its advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors, employees and agents of each of them (individually and collectively for the purposes of this Paragraph 5, “Sweepstakes Parties”) from and against any injuries, losses or damages arising in any way from or in connection with their participation in this promotion, the acceptance, possession or use of the prize, Sweepstakes Parties’ reliance upon their compliance with these rules, or their participation in prize-related activities, and further constitutes winner’s agreement that the Sweepstakes Parties may use their names, voices, likenesses and/or biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media worldwide without limitation or additional compensation.
7. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Idaho, Oregon and Washington age 21 or older, except employees, directors, officers and agents of Ascentia Wine Estates, licensed alcohol beverage distributors and retailers, Sponsor’s advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate families or households of any of the above. This Sweepstakes shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law, and submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of the laws of the United States.
